21 years of teaching children with a meditative practice gives me insight into the benefits for their personal growth. They become calm, steady, and full of insight from within. They manage their own power by being in control of their emotions and breathing through meditation. The gift of silence, games without words, art with purpose, walking meditation, hugging trees and being fully present are ways that develop their muscle of meditation. I am passionate about all children creating a meditative space that draws them into a deeper connection to themselves.
